To tell you a bit about me I was a Sales Professional with 6yrs of experience and then a full-time mother of 2 kids and a Fitness Coach since 2022. For me fitness is not about having the leanest physique but it's about feeling healthy physically and mentally. For me fitness is to have a decent amount of energy throughout the day where I can run along with my kids, manage my work, improve my strength everyday and to be a better version each day.
